The property is clean and located really close to bars, restaurants, shops, and all amenities. It has a fantastic setting near the ocean. It's only a 15-minute walk to Playa de Los Cristianos.

Comfy rooms, everything was amazing.

I had a VERY ENJOYABLE stay, with location close to everything. It had an unbeatable setting next to restaurants, shops, bars, and beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, shopping centres, and all the major beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

It was clean and comfortable, perfect for our little one. The pool area was amazing for families. There were plenty of loungers and space for the kids to play. They especially enjoyed the children's pool with the water slides. It kept them entertained for hours.

My wife says that the playground could have been better. It was a bit small and outdated.

We had a romantic escape at a beachfront residence in Playa de las Americas and there were definitely a few things that stood out. the location was absolutely perfect. We were just steps away from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for romantic walks along the shore. our room had a stunning sea view, allowing us to wake up to the sight of turquoise waters every morning. It created such a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the bed was super comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep after our long days of exploring the area.

There were a couple of negative aspects that we weren't too happy about. the property looked quite tired and could do with some modernization.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and a large shopping center. It was also close to numerous restaurants and cafes, giving us plenty of dining options. the pool areas were well-maintained and there were enough sunbeds for everyone.

The apartment was quite dark due to the large balcony hanging over the terrace, requiring us to have the lights on all day. the terrace itself was also disappointing, with two large pillars in the middle and a balcony above, making it cold until midday when the sun finally reached it.

The hosts were excellent, even gave us a room with a big balcony. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel like leaving. We had a fairly nice stay on vacation. The apartment was fairly clean and located just off a great location - a 5-minute walk to high-class bars, restaurants, and great shops and a shopping centre. We also received free ironing, which was a nice bonus. There was a very clean pool and views of the sea.

The swimming pool was a great feature of the hotel, perfect for a refreshing swim and lounging in the sun. . the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the clean and comfortable apartment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired, with dust and dirt in various areas, as well as stains on the furniture and floors. . the noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially in the evenings and early mornings, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at a beachfront apartment in Las Americas. The location was perfect, with stunning sea views and a convenient proximity to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good AC. We also enjoyed the spacious pool area, which had plenty of sunbeds for relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay at Beachfront Residence Las Americas - Trg in Playa de las Americas. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely, newly refurbished and of a high standard. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine and good wifi. The pool area was also great, with plenty of sunbeds available. I highly recommend this property for a fantastic vacation experience.

Nice little apartment with a sun terrace and a lovely swimming pool. . Excellent restaurant within the complex. Key location just a minute away from the beach. Air conditioning in the living room was a life saver. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The location is amazing, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and major beaches. The swimming pool was large and clean, and we loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and on time. TRG is a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
